Sarah Van Houten

Sarah Van Houten, PhD is a biomedical engineer with over five years of research experience spanning tissue engineering, metabolic disease, and cardiac therapeutics. She completed her postdoctoral training at the University of Virginia and earned her PhD from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Her work focused on regenerative medicine, musculoskeletal health, and translational science. In addition to research, she enjoys translating complex scientific research for diverse audiences.
